SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
We process all orders within 72h hours after the order is placed. Please note that we will communicate ad provide all information related to your order through the email provided during check out.
In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS & ESTIMATES
We offer international shipping. We currently ship worldwide. Information on shipping costs are provided during your purchase or at the product page. All Shipping estimates information will be provided to the customer by email after the order is processed. Our products delivery time may vary depending on your location. Additionally, international orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT. These are incurred once the package reaches the destination country. Sana Cissokho Store isn’t responsible for these charges—any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include information about your purchase and a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 24 hours for your tracking info to show up.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We offer a Refund Policy that applies for 15 days after your order is delivered. Returned items must be in brand-new condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
In the case of lost orders, or items that are damaged upon delivery, customers are entitled to a replacement after the case is verified and checked with our shipping provider, however our team must be notified within 10 days upon delivery.
